How can I get the My Watchman app?

To get the My Watchman app: 1. Go to Google Play Store or the App Store 2. Type "My Watchman" in the search box 3. Click "INSTALL"

How can I sign up for the services?

To Sign Up for the My Watchman Service: 1. Download and Install the app 2. Fill in the Mandatory fields (including First name, Last name, Username, Password, Mobile Number & Email) 3. How can I raise an SOS?

To raise an SOS, you have to: 1. Click My Location or any of the Addresses on the Dashboard. 2. Make sure your location is on or the App will prompt you to turn it on. 3. Select the Emergency type and click OK.

Can I add My Address?

The ‘default address’ in the My Watchman app is ‘My Location’. This means you can raise an SOS wherever you are within our coverage area and we will respond. Based on your subscription plan, the My Watchman app allows you to add one or more additional addresses to your account. This gives you the ability to raise SOS on location(s) where you are not physically present. For example, you can be at work and raise an SOS on your home address and we will respond to that location instead of where you are. To add an address: 1. Click the Menu bar in the top left corner of the app. 2. Click My Address. 3. Click the (+) symbol in the lower right corner of the app. 4. Name your address (e.g. Home, Office, etc.). 5. What is My Community and how does it work?

My Community is a feature within the My Watchman app that allows you to build your own community of 'EMERGENCY CONTACTS'. Whenever you raise an SOS, your emergency contact(s) will be notified and your location will be shared with them on the app. To add a Community Member ( 'EMERGENCY CONTACT'): 1. Click the Menu bar in the top left corner of the app 2. Click My Community 3. Click the (+) symbol in the lower right corner of the app 4. Can I add another user to my account?

Yes. Based on your subscription plan, the My Watchman app allows you to add one or more additional users to your account. A sub-user can be your spouse, child(ren), friends, etc. who will have a sub-account within your account. That person will be able to raise SOS from wherever they are. When a sub-user raises an SOS, you will be notified and their location will be shared with you on the app. To add sub-user(s) to your account: 1. Click the Menu bar in the upper left corner of the app. 2. Click "Manage Users" 3. Enter the user's information and click 'Submit'. Click the link for more: https://youtu.be/OIMcvuqOpQs
